Terms of use

A general-purpose draft reflecting how the academy platform currently works. It requires academy owner and legal review before real-money launch.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

Course access

Buying a course gives you personal access to its lessons, resources, assessments and project brief. Access may also be granted directly by academy staff. Course materials must not be copied, resold, re-uploaded or redistributed.

Assessments and certificates

Certificates are issued only when the configured course requirements are genuinely satisfied. Finishing lessons alone does not qualify. Attempting to manipulate scores, project approvals or completion status may result in loss of access, and certificates found to be issued in error may be revoked.

Reviews and community conduct

Course reviews may be written only by students with genuine access, one active review per course. Reviews are moderated. Academy accounts do not include access to any Telegram group; the academy website is the official learning platform. A Telegram group is provided only with the separate Online Training bundle purchased from its own landing page.

Payments

Payments and refund handling are described in the payment and refund policy.

Changes and availability

Course content and platform features may be improved over time. The academy aims for continuous availability but does not promise uninterrupted service.
