Payment and refund policy
A general-purpose draft describing how payments currently work on the platform. The academy owner must confirm the final refund terms with legal advice before real-money launch.
How payment works
Course prices are shown in Nigerian Naira. Payment is completed on Paystack's secure checkout. Course access is granted only after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider on the academy's servers.
Discounts and coupons
Where a coupon or campaign offer applies, the discounted amount is calculated by the academy's servers and is shown before you pay. One coupon applies per purchase.
Failed or cancelled payments
If a payment fails or is cancelled, no course access is granted and any coupon reserved for that attempt is released so you can try again.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed manually by the academy. Send your request, with your order reference, through the support centre or the contact page. Refunds are not processed automatically by the platform. The academy owner will publish the final refund terms and timeframes here after legal review.
Records
Every purchase appears in your purchase history with the amount paid, any discount applied and the payment reference.
