Privacy policy
This is a general-purpose draft that reflects how the academy platform currently works. It must be reviewed and approved by the academy owner and a qualified legal adviser before real-money launch.
Information we collect
Account details you provide when registering (name and email address), your course enrolments, lesson progress, quiz and assessment results, project submissions, certificates, support messages, course reviews and — if you choose to connect it — your Telegram username.
Payments
Course payments are processed by Paystack. Card and bank details are entered on Paystack's secure pages and are never stored by the academy. The academy keeps only the order record: amount, currency, discount applied, payment reference and payment status.
How your information is used
To create and secure your account, give access to purchased courses, track your learning progress, issue certificates, answer support requests, and keep financial records of purchases.
Analytics and advertising
Optional measurement tools only run after you accept them in the cookie choices panel, and only once the academy owner has configured genuine measurement accounts. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.
Who can see your data
Your learning records are private to you. Academy staff may access records only to the extent their role permits — for example support staff handling your ticket, or an administrator managing orders and enrolments. Students can never see another student's records.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, disconnect Telegram, adjust notification preferences, and request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting the academy through the contact page.
